Forman's Data Processing Addendum is being finalised with legal counsel and will be published before general availability.
It will define controller and processor roles, processing instructions, subprocessors, security measures, data-subject support, breach notification, and the deletion and return of data.
Once published, the DPA will form part of the customer agreement.
